Tendinosis

Tendonitis is an acute injury caused by inflammation, whereas tendinosis is a chronic state of inflammation that leads to degenerative changes within the tendon tissue. Both are treatable with Physical Therapy.

Even if the tendinous tissue is torn, often, using muscle re-education can get you moving pain-free through better mechanics with arm movement.
